Shift Data Synchronization
Automatically import shift data from your BookEasy system, to calculate payroll accurately and without errors.
Customizable Rates for Staff
Set different rates for each team member, depending on your business needs. You can combine different payment calculation methods, such as:
- Flat Rate: Staff receive the same amount for each session.
Percentage Fee: Staff earn a percentage of the total revenue earned for each session.
Participant Fee: Staff receive a fixed amount for each participant who books or attends a session. You can also set up participation levels with variable rates.
Package and Subscription Management
If your clients book sessions via packages or subscriptions, BookEasy Payroll automatically calculates the cost per session based on the percentage, streamlining the payment process for packages and subscriptions.
Payroll Report Generation
Once everything is set up, select a date range for payroll calculation and receive a detailed report in the format of your choice. You can export it in CSV format for easy and integrated management.
